Pressure, pressure, pressure!!!!. Hello, friends nice to see you all again on the platform, hope you all are not under pressure 🤣🤣🤣, the word pressure signifies persuasion and force, we should always remember that we are not the only ones who have been under pressure, we might have put others on pressure without knowing it hopes you have a good day and stay safe steemains.

What do you understand by Pressure

The word pressure has so many meanings, but in the case of this contest, let me define what pressure is. Pressure can be defined as an act by which someone is persuading or forcing others to do something. Pressure can either be in your workplace or at home, etc. You can be under pressure by your boss to represent him in a meeting in which you don't represent him. This means you are under pressure and need to represent your boss in other to prevent you from being fired.

Have you been under pressure before? If yes, How do you handle it?

I have been under pressure before, but this is one of the times that I can never forget. This happened in school. It all began when our teacher, who was educating us on the English language, asked a question that the class was not able to answer, but when it came to my turn, I answered, and he asked me to flog them on their palm. I was not happy with his decision because I didn't want to have any problem with my classmates so I told him I didn't want to do it.

Staying calm to tackle pressure

He forced me to do it or he would flog me badly, I told him I was not good at flogging he took his cane and flogged me, he gave it to me and said I should flog them, I had to flog them because I was anger at the moment and him persuading me to flog them is not right, if I don't flog them is will look like disobedience so I took the cane with all the anger due to him flogging me I flog the hell at of their lives because I was good at flogging although I lied to him.

How do you view Pressure, do you see it as something that happens to Mar or Makes you?

Pressure is something that happens at any time; you can be under pressure to make a random choice of a particular item, and your dad may put you under pressure to go to sleep 😴 in the afternoon, although you feel all right. Sometimes, when we are under pressure, it is for our benefit; when we see the good things that have happened to us due to pressure, we will like being pressured positively.

Your friend can just decide to be a good friend by persuading you to stand up for your rights; you may be weak and discouraged that you will not get justice, but when you get under pressure to speak up for yourself, you will learn to know that silence kills a lot.

What would be your advice to those (i.e., job applicants) who are quick to state that they can work under pressure?

As people who work under superiors, I urge you all to listen to your boss and do what is right even if you know you are under pressure to do it. The best way to stay away from pressure is to keep your true identity hidden to avoid being pressured to do something you wouldn't want to.

Whenever you are pressured to do something that you don't want to, and you know you have a choice of not doing it, don't do it. Whenever you are under pressure, you are also expected to stay calm and think of the best way to handle the situation.
