Aligning thoughts with talent and creativity

I grew up in a society that encourages you to go to school not because of what you'll learn, but because of how you'll survive in the nearest future. As a child, my parents will always say; "Charles go to school, so that when you're done, you'll be able to get a good job."

Most of our parents are concerned about the good grades and results we'll make in school. They bother less about our understanding to what we're learning in school.

Just as my lecturers will say; "We have first class students who couldn't do the practical aspect of what they're being thought in school. That's because they only read to pass, but not to know.

Our parents, instead of observing what we can do or what we can offer to the society, they spend time recruiting our minds into the book thing.

Keep riding

As humans, we are all born with a special talent in us. A special skill that makes us who we are and these skills defines what we give to the world.

Our talents is that in which God has deposited in us even before we were being born. Some discover theirs at the early stages of their lives, while some get to discover their talents after some years.

Our thoughts on the other hand builds our minds in such a way that we can capitalize on ideas and bring them into reality. When we think positively, we produce the best. Our thoughts should be in line with what we can produce.

Sometimes, I surf the internet to know more about other countries and how people who are living there gets to develop themselves. What I find amazes me. When we develop ourselves, align our thoughts with our talents, we stand a better chance of making this world the best place to live.

Talent and creativity

Not many people gets to discover their talents on time because we're busy focusing ourselves on how to earn a degree. Brooooo!!!!!! We have lots of none degree holders in town teaching and instructing the degree holders because they were able to discover their potentials on time and work in line with it.

Hey!!! Guys, I'm not saying going to school is bad. No! What I mean is that even as we go about trying to earn our degree certificates, let's also make sure that we are aligning ourselves, our courses of study to what we can practically do. Nobody is nothing!! We are all the same, no matter the level of your education, or the standard of your potentials.

Note also, one unique thing will make you standout amongst others. Fund it and actualize it.

What are your creativity? What can you do to make the society remember and not to forget about you? Some have an in-built skill, some acquires through constant training and learning. Your skill is what makes you special, not your book or certificate.

Think of all the most successful men in the world today, they capitalized from the ideas they conceived in their minds. They are now able to give to the society.

Like I said before, education is good, but let's not go into school with the mentally of 1000% getting a job after graduation. Life is way more than that. Also, don't ever allow yourself into studying what you don't like.

The major mistakes we have is seeing individuals taking a course or career that doesn't suites our creativity, something that is not in line with our creativity. This is the first step into rough career.

Operate in line with your career. Let your course, thoughts and talent be in line, then you'll be able to give in maximum to the society and also develop yourself.

Lastly, first discover your self and know the substance that makes you up. Develop from there and make sure you continue the process.

Don't hide it, don't be ashamed of what you can do, that is what makes you who you are. Show it out to the world, develop yourself, from there, capitalise on your ideas, your initiatives, let them be productive. Look for people who have same interest in what you want to do then work on how to actualize or bring your ideas into reality.

Conclusion

This post today is mainly because of how my society how, my country perceives education and trade and how citizens are going through a lot because of what they couldn't offer. In Nigeria today, everybody wants to get a certificate without knowing how to practically undertake or undergo what they learnt during their processes of acquiring that certificate, and that's why today you see there are still lots of graduates Who are yet to secure a job for themselves. Why?? They mainly depended on their certificate. They went into school with the idea, with the mentality of graduate with a good grade and you'll find a job. Well, it does work actually because a lot of people have good jobs today because of what??? because of the grades they got in their certificate, but that is not always and assurance, you are not always guaranteed of getting a job after school, but you can see yourself making a good living, offering society what you can offer and at the same time developing yourself and getting to know or learn new things.
