Health diary game || How I care about my health today (20-2-2023) || by @bonaventure24

Good day steemians of @Steem4Nigeria and members of this great platform welcome to my blog, am happy makinng my first post in this community and also participating in this conest organised by @eliany and I hope you all will enjoy reading this.

Before proceeding I will like to define the world health in my own understanding health can be seen as a state of complete social, physical and mental well being.
While physical health can be seen as the ability to take charge of your health by making cautious decisions to be healthy.
Health is very important in our life and in our community maintaining a personal hygiene is very important in our personal life, for a healthy life cycle one is expected to have to excercise regularly and always have balanced diet, and there's a saying that says health is wealth so today I will tell you how I took care of my health in the following paragraphs.

Waking up today morning after a hectic Sunday was not easy at all for me yesterday Sunday was very stressful for me but never the less I had to carry out my daily healthy activities.
I set an alarm to wake up by 5am this morning so that I will go for work out that is morning jugging to keep me energized and also start the day with some excersise to keep my body fit after the work out (morning jugging) I came back home and took my bath, so I can begin the day with smile because after taking my bath I felt releived.

in our home I am the one in charge of sweeping our environment both inside and outside, so I had to do it as usual without hesitation I swept our home. After sweeping I went to the church as today is Monday to also keep our church environment clean that's what I do every Monday so today was not and exception.
I also clean all the electronics in our house and also remove cobwebs in our house to keep it clean.

After finishing my morning chores without hesitation I went straight to the bathroom to take my bath for the second time because after sweeping and cleaning our environment I was not comfortable with the way my body itches me so I had to go to the bathroom and bath for the second time.
While I was in the bathroom I also used the opportunity to brush my teeth so as to stay hygienic after I finished from the bathroom I came out and change to something casual and apply a hair cream on my hair and brushed it after that I started feeling hungry, that was when I remembered that I haven't taking my break fast so I without hesitation I went straight to the kitchen where my mum had already dished it in a flask for all of us so I carried mine and eat.

After talking my break fast I rest for some while and also listen to music one of my hubby so that the food I just eat will digest well which is very very important in promoting our personal healthy, during the cause of resting and listening to music I slept of.

When I woke up from sleep I realized it was 3:30pm I quickly rushed and took my lunch and eat

after eating i relax for about 30minute before going to the football field to play football

one of the things that makes me forget about my sorrow

playing football cover all most all the excercise in the body it's make your bone strong and your body flexible all the time it will also make you feel relief from stress and anxiety it also make a person to be healthy, Research have also shown that footballers hardly fall sick.

So after playing football I came back home took my bath for the third time i rest for some time while resting I took a glass of holandia yoghurt to keep me energize, while blogging on steemit after that I will take my supper watch movie for about 1 hour and then went to bed.

Tell us what you benefits from caring about your health
They are allot of things I benefits from taking care of my health if you read carefully in my post above you Will realize that I have mentioned some of the benefits.
Never the less the benefits are as follows:

  • it reduces stress
  • it improves my energy
  • it lower my risk of illness
  • it minimize anger and frustration from me
  • it also eliminate anxiety from me and also make me happy

In conclusion
I believed after reading my post you will understand that health is very important in our life and it also comes with a lot of benefits.

Health problem may create financial stress and may even destroy our ability to earn a living, poor health challenges also affect other areas of our life.
