A warm greetings to all users seen in the wonderful community and in the steemit platform at large.

I welcome you all to a wonderful contest that has been organized by the respective team of this community, indeed you all are doing a great job.

Today, I will be participating in the ongoing contest with the theme, aggression among youths-causes nd effect.

It is a wonderful topic to talk out where we get to share with one another, the event carried out by the youth in respect to this topic from our various areas. join me as I begin to provide answers to the following questions below.

Aggression can be refer to as an uncontrollable state of being in which comes along with force from within and hence causes destruction.

It is also refer to as an action of attack portray by an individual in an arose state of mind leading to either a fight or a quarrel between two or more individuals.

Aggression causes a lot of bad than good, it makes one utter words and portray actions that are not acceptable in a given society and in the nation generally.

Aggression is a force from the inside and if not controlled will escalate to something else, another thing with aggression is that until one is satisfy in carrying out what the mind and body is telling that individual in that act, he or she will not find peace until the said objective is achieved.

_{Aggression works with emotions and it comes with the notion of inflicting pain to the victim. so this is how I see aggression to be, it works with our emotions, it does not just come for anger facilitate aggression and then from aggression to conflict.}

The major causes of this problem are the leaders of the sole-called parties, they poison the mind of the youths and make them to do harm to each other.

They make them to hate each other because of money and power, it has gotten to the extreme point that even brothers from the same family are not in good condition with each other because of this wicked leaders who poisoned the minds of the youths to hate the opposite party.

It got the the extent that if you do not support a particular party, you are not expected to live in my area else you will face the consequences that are attached to such act.

So people were asked to live that area because they do not support a party that is wanted by the youths and if one defaults and feel he or she is stubborn and would not leave, they will look for a way to trouble you so badly until you either join their party or leave the area for good.

Another cause of aggression in my area is as a result of ethnic groups, this is the worst of all. whenever there are problems between several ethnic groups, the area will be unbearable to live in.

And this is because of the different teachings from different ethnic groups, things that do not matter are always the things that causes problems in the area.

Now allow me to explain this part so well for us to understand.

In my area, there is this group of people who feels for a lady to put on trousers is never a crime, and another group condemns a lady from wearing trousers.

Now this is where the problem lies, the group that condemns wearing of trousers will now be harassing the ladies from the group that allows the wearing of trousers and when a report is given to them that their ladies were harassed by the other group, that only has ignited hate and anger in the heart of the youths and after that comes conflict between the two groups which can only end when the police force intervenes in the matter.

The above are indeed the causes of aggression and conflict in my area and it is still prevailing till today.

When the above began to take place in my area, it always cast fear in the minds of the elderly people because it will affect everyone in the area.

The painful part is that, these youths will not take their conflict and aggression to an open filled or to the bush to settle their scores but then will now bring it to the area and cause havoc in the resident.

So it affect the activities of the everyone and as a result of that people living in the area lose money, livestock even their houses due to when the conflict start, other person's aim are to steal and run away with people's belongings.

Another effect of this action is that, there will be malice and hatred in the heart of the different groups, for almost several months non of the groups will talk to each other. and this attitude affects the economy and livelihood of the people living in the area.

People will no longer go to their respective worship venues because of the fear of being attacked while praying, no one attend school again due to the conflict because no one is spared.

So there is always fear of being attacked and this will cause division between people living in a particular area, and all the politicians does is to look at the situation and keep mute as if nothing is happening since their motives are met.

Because a place where there is no love then I bet you peace will be missing from that area, the elders are expected to talk to their children on this matter for we all know that money is not everything in this world. we need each other if we want to build a place where we can call home for all.

_{Another solution concerning the problems of ethnicity, each ruler or leader that is in charge of the various groups should talk to their youths about the differences in believe and that should not be used against another group with different believe.}

_{We have freedom of speech, and way of life so with this if every one can know this fact and embrace each other just as we all are, then I know that the world will be a perfect place to live in.}
