What is your understanding of emotions?

Emotions, a lot of individuals around the world go through Trouble Emotions, first let's discuss what's Emotions.
There are feelings, mood that one can react to at a certain time, like anger, sadness, disgust, lust, frustration, fear.
These are all emotions we go through in our daily interaction, and lots more.

Most people do not know how to keep theirs in check, they go about letting their emotions get the better part of them, and it not safe to do so, for instance, business owners, you do not deal with a customer with emotions, strictly business! because anyone can come in and out with different dramas, you do not expect everyone to be happy at the same time because your happy, or sad at the same time because you are.
Our Emotions can be our weakness and can also makes us stronger, it defines who we truly are, how we can react to certain things and carry our selves around people.

Have you ever had emotions that made you lose yourself? tell us about it.

I meet a college friend who was always withheld and non social few months ago, and we were paired together to finish up a project in school, during the course of the project I learnt she was never like that, her story began when she was always talked down by her parents, yes!

Most young people grow up because of how they were treated when they were young, and they do return the same energy to others, as parents or intended parents, we should try not to influence or train our kids on the negative sides of teaching, it will result in inferiority complex and fear and the only way they can feel safe or being heard is to shout on things not even to be shouted at, while most of them stay put their emotions and neglect what they want and spend their time to please others instead of going for what they want.

Some individuals go about with being Emotionally traumatic in their marriages, and work,and this hit them so hard has the tend to break down at some point,these signs include feeling jumpy or irritable,and having trouble concentrating, feeling numb.

If we happen to find someone who's emotionally down, or showing these signs around, we should try to be supportive and also by just listening to them, not trying to fix them sometimes somethings are better just left the way the are. and if the person is willing to open up and not being forced to
Also you can suggest to them to visit a therapist or counselor, as it may help them a lot.

Explain 5 ways to deal with emotions.

The first thing to do is to be aware of your emotions and also learn to identify them, a lot of persons have emotional breakdown and they do not know how to go about it, so by knowing your emotions to help make things easier.
Most times,we tend to neglect our emotions and feelings, which can only results to the worse.

Another way is to have a good relationship with others, like a friend or a family member you could always talk to, and also spend time it could help relax your stressed mind.

One can handle his or her emotional needs,by exercise, eating healthy and getting enough sleep too has it improves our physical health and when it does you can go about vibrate in your daily activity without breaking down.

Do you think emotions could hinder someone from achieving their dreams?

Yes it can, it is always advisable to not allow your emotions control you. It is not good to make decisions when you are angry and when you are too excited because you may regret them later. Most women have been known to be vulnerable during grief or sad times. So having control over ones emotion will enable one achieve it's dreams.

Absolutely... Taking care of our emotional needs is essential for our overall well-being. Just like how exercise, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep are important for our physical health, they also have a positive impact on our emotions. When we exercise, it releases endorphins, which are chemicals that make us feel good. Eating healthy provides our bodies with the nutrients they need to function properly, and getting enough sleep helps us recharge and feel refreshed. When we prioritize these things, we're able to handle our emotional needs better. It's like giving ourselves a strong foundation to navigate through life without feeling overwhelmed or breaking down.
