I want the system of government in the country to be brought down to the lower level and the population of villages, small towns should be included in the government
I think that's confederal system of government you're desiring. Where power is vested on each States. The state governors will have absolute power in their respective states , the federal government then gets its powers from the independent states.

i believe it that if power will be in the hand of lower level then every development will be good, and people will get every facility from government. this time some black sheep are against the true leader and supporting to corrupt people but soon in near future people of pakistan will destroy all corrupt government officer in coming election. thank you for appreciation me
