Today I am going to tell you about Crispy and Sweet Tamarind Chutney. Everyone likes Crispy in our house. let's start.

This food is a dish made of fine flour. Crispy is prepared by stuffing potatoes in it. This is a very tasty dish, by making which you can please your guests. And the biggest thing is that a person's stomach gets filled well by eating this dish. Because it is made by frying. It takes around 1 hour to make this.

The process of preparing the food is as follows
material
Fine flour
Aaloo
green peas
Spices
Ground red pepper
ground coriander powder
salt as per taste
sour
garam masala
whole coriander
whole fennel
asafoetida
cumin
oil for frying
First of all, we will knead it with water by adding refined flour and adding salt, then cover it in a wet cloth for 15 minutes. Then we will boil potatoes in the cooker. Then when the potato is boiled, peel it and cut it finely.
Then heat a little refined in a pan and add cumin and asafetida to it. Then add all the spices and add potatoes and green peas and mix and fry them together. Our crispy potato is ready.
Now we will make small balls out of the refined flour we have kept and put the refined flour in the pan on the gas and keep it for heating. Then fill them little by little with the potato paste we have prepared and make them round. , we will put in hot refined to fry.
We will fry the crispy until it turns golden pink. As soon as the pink color comes, we will turn off the gas and take it out. Crispy is ready.
Ingredients of Tamarind Chutney

Red food coloring
Boil the tamarind in hot water on the gas. When the tamarind boils, filter it in a strainer. Then it will be kept on the gas to get heated. Then we will put jaggery and color in it. After boiling for a while, our tamarind chutney is ready.
