My Neighborhood Watch #18 - Reporting Events Around us

INTRODUCTION

When we talk about neighborhood, they're those people and things that lives and happens around us, and these people have a crucial role to play in our daily life, being it physically, socially or economically. The incident happening in our neighborhood can make the environment calm, and the same time it can also make the environment unsafe and hard to deal with, that's why i said that neighborhood has an important role to play in our lives. I thank @xkool24 for organizing this amazing contest, this will surely help us show our daily activities around our neighborhood.

MY TODAY'S REPORTS

_{Solar panel light with CCTV camera}

Criminals have been intruding my neighbor's compound anytime he travels. He's a medical doctor, and he do travel almost every weekends, so with this people use the advantage to intrude his compound and take what does not belongs to them. Normally, he do travel every Fridays then come back next week, but before he did that this time around, he bought and installed a solar panel light with CCTV camera to trace anyone who intrude his compound.

That's a very good thing to do, what my neighbor just did this morning will also be of help to us, because those criminals do intrude our compound too. Our house is just behind, so he also installed one for us and showed me how to go about it. I'm sure with what he did, his compound and ours are safe.

_{Fighting for village head title}

Trying to appoint a new village head. We all know that it's a normal thing when a king dies, another king must be appointment. I was shocked this afternoon to know that where i'm living, there's no active village head. The youths couldn't hold it longer, so the picked someone randomly to be their new village head. They were almost done with the coronation, someone else badged into the village hall and disagree with them regarding the appointed village head, saying he should be the appointed one, what a drama. They couldn't decide who to take over, so it's adjoined till next week.

_{Bad injury while playing football this evening}

He picked an eye injury while playing football. There's this spirit in football that makes us play as if we want to win the whole world. That's my friend Ezekiel, he came to the house so that we'll go and play football, when he came he was healthy and strong, we went together. My own rules is when it's 6pm in the evening i'm out of the football pitch, but my friend's own isn't that way.

It was 6pm this evening, i told him i'm out, though he forced me to continue playing, I didn't because i know the danger that comes when playing in the dark. He continued his game, all of a sudden i heard "my eyes", i rushed into the field and saw him breeding badly. Don't worry much about him, because we took him to the nearby chemist and he's well taken care of, atleast after that, he'll follow my own rules.

Conclusion

As i said earlier, what happens in our neighborhood has an effect in our lives. Now my compound is safe because of my good neighbor. Always try to be vigilant around your neighborhood and see what happens and how you can help to make them feel secured.
