The diary game || 20-4-2024 || Attending a wedding, watching football match and mentoring a newbie via WhatsApp

Congratulations!!!, audience I present to you the latest couple in town. That's the middle of my diary, let's get started. Saturdays are mostly meant for marriages, burials and the likes of them. I attended a wedding ceremony of a couple by name "Naomi" and "kufre". It was indeed a remarkable and long awaited union.

I woke-up early in the morning to engage in my recent post on the Steemit platform, i brushed my mouth, take my bath and get back to bed. I received a call from my friends that morning in preparation for the wedding ceremony.

I left my phone at home and ran some errands for them using the available mini bus. Everything was in place and it's 1 hour for the marriage to start. I went back home, put on my simple outfit and headed with my friends to the location.

The couples were yet to arrive, and the atmosphere was bright, so I used that opportunity to take some pictures with my friends. After some minutes, a black tinted prado drove in and that was the couple. We welcomed them with smiles and hugs, and the photography session begins.

We started the wedding with a opening prayer and opening remarks from the chairman. The marriage was sealed at the court on 19th of April 2024, so we were here today just to eat and dance of which we did. But before that, the set a short scene for couple to feed themselves and this is how it was done.

I was moved to marry at that moment because of the way they displayed their feeding scenario. The bride did it better than the groom as the groom was a bit shy. They enjoyed the moment with a low background song for 5 minutes. After that, they were asked to cut the cake and that was done by them and shared among the guests. Like i said earlier, we were here just to eat and dance. So after the refreshments, ee ended the marriage with a closing remarks and closing prayer. Dance dance dance!!!.

I met this beautiful girl there and she liked the pictures on my phone so she said i should take her 2 or 3 photos, and here is her pose of herself and i.

I had a football match to watch my 5:15, so i left there to meet up in time. It was sad that Chelsea were eliminated from the FA cup, but despite the lose i still found joy in mentoring a newbie on the Steemit platform with the username @girlnice. She did her achievement1 task last night and waiting for verification to explore on Steemit. This is my diary.
