Chicken rolls have quickly become a popular street food across the country, with a plethora of eateries and stalls selling a wide range of these delicious, filling rolls. A single kathi roll can be eaten for lunch or dinner and will keep you full for a long time. This is a simple and quick recipe that you can make at home for brunch or a hearty dinner. You can enjoy it with your friends at home for a casual dinner. The chicken kathi roll is a tasty combination of chicken tikka and spices rolled together and served with chutney.

You need 2 slices whole wheat bread 2 beaten egg whites 2 tsp chopped coriander3 tsp oilfor garnishing onions and pepper, sliced To make the filling: 150 gms tikka chicken with cottage cheese (optional) 2 tbsp chopped onions2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes a pinch of turmeric powder, salt, and chilli powder to taste 1 teaspoon chopped green chiliesOil (to shallow fry)

Preparing the Crepe:-
Combine the egg whites and coriander.
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Dip each phulka into the egg white mixture and place one at a time on the pan until it turns colour. Set aside.

Prepare Chicken mixture:-
Slice the cooked chicken tikka into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, and green chilies.
Combine the chicken tikka strips, sliced onions, and pepper juliennes in a mixing bowl.
Cook for a few minutes before adding the chopped coriander.
Spread the tikka mixture evenly between the two atta phulkas and roll them up.
Serve with salad and mint chutney.
Now the recipe is completed and you can enjoy it with your family on sunday while watching some movies at home, I don't know this food is prepared in other countries too or not but in our country it is a very popular dish. And we all eat this fastfood in the evening while chilling out with friends.
