What qualities do you value most in a friend? Why are these qualities important to you?

Qualities of friend I value most are:-
(1) honest
(2) respect
(3) loyalty
(4) trustworthy
(5) supportive

Why these qualities are importance is because having a friend that is honest is really important.without being honest relationship can never be strong.
every relationship has to do with respect . friend should respect each other.it make relationship last long and get stronger.
Being loyal in relationships is very good and it's very important.A loyal friend supports you all the time, no matter what. You can also be loyal to an ideas.good friend has to support his or her friend when he or she is really I need of sopport.relationship without trust make the relationship collapse.

Have you ever had a disagreement or conflict with a friend? How did you handle it, and what did you learn from the experience?

Yes
I think post about a conflict I had with a friend some days back.and It was about sending money to a friend I trusted so much.in order for him to waybill a phone he wanted to sale for me,all of a sudden this friend of mine disappointed me telling me lies and ate the money i sent to him.
How i handled the conflict was just to forgive the friend and let go of the money i send to him.many people i complain to advice me to get this very of mine arrested but i did not.
What i really leant from this situation is .being careful of the type of friend i have and also know the kind of companion(friend)I keep.

What role does trust play in a friendship? How do you build and maintain trust with your friends?

The role trust played in a relationship is being able to have confidence in your friend.honoring what a friend tells you, no matter the significance, with confidentiality and respect is part of role of caring for a friend, and a true friendship means being able to count on one another.
How I build and maintain trust with my friend is being supportive,loyal,and also respecting
a friend make the relationship trustworthy.

How do you support your friends during challenging times? What are some ways you show empathy and offer help when they need it?

How i surpport my friend during challenges depends on the challenges a friend is going through.if it's a financial challenges,then i have money at that point in time.i will help the friend.

Secondly calling a friend to know about his or her well being.

What does it mean to be a good friend? How do you strive to be a good friend to those around you?

To be a good friend means to be loyal and accept your friend is during good or bad time.a good friend is always honest to tell you the truth when you're not doing what is right.

How i strive to be a good friend with people around me, is by being loyal,truthful and honest and also being of help with those around me.
