Giornata fra Flora e Fauna 🌳🌿🍄🍂

🇮🇹 Questa mattina ho portato mio figlio a fare una camminata nel bosco! Immerso nel più totale fra flora e fauna, un posto dove nemmeno i cellulari riescono a prendere la linea, un vero paradiso, dove il suono della natura ti avvolge e ti fa dimenticare dei problemi! Io amo la natura non in una maniera assurda! Rispetto tutto ciò che trovo nel bosco, da un minimo scarafaggio ad una qualsiasi pianta! Sono un cercatore di funghi e non tocco o schiaccio neanche i funghi velenosi, perché chi è del mestiere, sa che qualsiasi fungo è importante per il bosco! Oggi ne ho trovati diversi ma i più belli sono questi che vedete in foto. Non so che funghi sono, sicuramente non sono commestibili e dato il loro colore e forma sicuramente potrebbero essere velenosi! Però oggi sono andato solo per fare una passeggiata e prendere un po’ d’aria pura, ma ho trovato anche dei funghi commestibili e ovviamente li ho raccolti, anche se ne ho trovati giusto per uno spaghetto! Ho trovato i funghi galletti!

Questi funghi sono molto carnosi e ricordano la sensazione di mangiare carne bianca! Molto buoni e saporiti! Se avete la possibilità di comprarli, fatelo!

🇬🇧 This morning I took my son for a walk in the woods! Immersed in the most total of flora and fauna, a place where not even cell phones can take the line, a true paradise, where the sound of nature envelops you and makes you forget about problems! I love nature not in an absurd way! I respect everything I find in the woods, from a minimal cockroach to any plant! I am a mushroom hunter and I don't touch or crush even poisonous mushrooms, because whoever is in the trade knows that any mushroom is important for the forest! Today I found several but the most beautiful are these that you see in the picture. I don't know what mushrooms they are, they are certainly not edible and given their color and shape they could certainly be poisonous! But today I went just to go for a walk and get some fresh air, but I also found some edible mushrooms and obviously I collected them, even if I found them just for a spaghetti! I found chanterelle mushrooms! These mushrooms are very fleshy and remind you of the feeling of eating white meat! Very good and tasty! If you have the opportunity to buy them, do it!
