Videogames - 4 di 6 (ITA/ENG)

(i 6 Videogames che mi hanno rubato tempo) :-)

Per questo gioco torniamo indietro nel tempo di qualche anno, esattamente al 1993. Chi c'era già? :-)
Anche se non tutti voi in quell’anno avevate l’età per giocare ai videogames, probabilmente questo gioco lo conoscete comunque, dato che è stata fatta una versione recente per console.
Io ci giocavo su pc, forse è stato il mio primo gioco su pc, non ricordo bene.
Il gioco in questione è:

Il gioco è stato creato dalla ID softwear, ed è uno dei primi “spara tutto” in prima persona, forse il primo.

Un marines esiliato su Marte per aver assalito un superiore, è costretto ai lavori forzati per la Union Aerospace Corporation.
Il soldato viene poi mandato ad indagare su un misterioso incidente, in un esperimento sul teletrasporto fra le due lune di Marte, quando si trova inondato di orde di mostri catapultate fuori dai portali.
Tutti i suoi alleati vengono uccisi e trasformati in zombie e lui si ritrova solo ad indagare sull'accaduto.

Il gioco, in grafica 3D, è composto da tre episodi ognuno a sua volta composto da 8 livelli più un nono nascosto e facoltativo.
Flynn, questo è il nome del marines, deve affrontare un’immensa quantità di mostri, demoni e zombie per fermare l'invasione e poter tornare sulla Terra.

Per fare questo ha disposizione varie armi tra cui pistole, mitragliatori Gatling, moto sega, fucili a pompa, tira pugni, armi al plasma e il BFG900 arma devastante in grado di uccidere con un solo colpo. Il problema è recuperare questo arsenale che è nascoste nel gioco.
Flynn si deve muovere nei vari livelli in cerca delle chiavi rosse, blu e gialle per poter avanzare nei livelli, ma deve stare attento anche a pericolosi scenari tipo stanze piene di radiazioni, soffitti che crollano e complicati labirinti.

Nei vari livelli sono presenti anche potenziamenti che aiutano il Marines nella sua battaglia: kit medici, zaini che aumentano il trasporto di munizioni o l'armatura, tute anti-radiazioni, l'invisibilità, l'invulnerabilità e occhiali per vedere meglio al buio.
Alcuni gadget sono temporanei quindi bisognerà fare molta attenzione a dove ci si trova quando svaniranno gli effetti.

Ricordo che sgattaiolavo via da casa per andare a giocare da un amico, quante le risate che ci facevamo nell'uccidere e vedere esplodere i pixel dei mostri.
Passavamo giornate a cercare i passaggi segreti e le armi sempre più forti.

Ho provato anche Doom 4 su Play Station, sebbene la grafica fosse decisamente un altro pianeta fantastica, il gioco non mi ha dato le stesse emozioni del primo.
Le 3 note di basso in loop accompagnati da una tastiera facevano venire i brividi e ogni angolo della mappa era un sobbalzo sulla sedia.
Doom 4, è un bellissimo spara tutto ma forse chi ha giocato ai primi ha ricordi e emozioni ineguagliabili... più probabilmente ho una età diversa :-)

For this game we go back in time a few years, exactly to 1993. Who was there already? :-)
Although not all of you were old enough to play video games that year, you probably still know this game, as a recent console version was made.
I played on pc, maybe it was my first pc game, I don't remember well. The game in question is:

The game was created by softwear ID, and is one of the first first-person "shooters," maybe the first.

A Marine exiled to Mars for assaulting a superior is forced to work hard for the Union Aerospace Corporation.
The soldier is then sent to investigate a mysterious accident, in an experiment on teleportation between the two moons of Mars, when he finds himself inundated with hordes of monsters catapulted out of the portals.
All his allies are killed and turned into zombies and he finds himself only investigating the incident.

The game, in 3D graphics, consists of three episodes each consisting of 8 levels plus a hidden and optional ninth.
Flynn, this is the name of the Marines, must face an immense amount of monsters, demons and zombies to stop the invasion and be able to return to Earth.

To do this he has various weapons including pistols, Gatling machine guns, motorcycle saw, shotguns, punches, plasma weapons and the BFG900 devastating weapon capable of killing with a single shot.
The problem is recovering this arsenal that is hidden in the game.
Flynn has to move through the various levels in search of the red, blue, and yellow keys in order to advance through the levels, but he must also be careful of dangerous scenarios such as radiation-filled rooms, collapsing ceilings, and complicated mazes.

There are also upgrades in the various levels that help the Marines in their battle: medical kits, backpacks that increase the transport of ammunition or armor, anti-radiation suits, invisibility, invulnerability and glasses to better see in the dark.
Some gadgets are temporary so you'll need to be very careful where you are when the effects disappear.

I remember sneaking out of the house to play with a friend, how many laughs we were doing in killing and seeing monster pixels explode.
We spent days searching for secret passages and ever stronger weapons.

I also tried Doom 4 on Play Station. Although the graphics were definitely another planet, fantastic, the game did not give me the same emotions as the first.
The 3 looped bass notes accompanied by a keyboard gave you the chills and every corner of the map was a jolt to the chair.
Doom 4, it's a beautiful "shoot everything" but maybe those who played the first have unparalleled memories and emotions... most likely I have a different age :-)
