Wow, this is so sad though if i understood this well.

Much taffic can be so annoying, but proper trafic control makes movement smooth.

We once experence this some times ago in my city but after a year when the new governement sets in, the startes build an easy movemenet routes.

They build flyover accross the state. This helps reduce much traffic in movement.

Hopefully, your city has some possible plans to change that situation...
