Looks like there's good progress, except for the local council issue. It's relatable globally; these councils and committees often operate similarly, keeping people waiting or even forgetting cases entirely. In our area, one case can pass through the hands of 10-12 officials, causing a lot of turmoil during the waiting game. People have to redo paperwork repeatedly, visit offices, sometimes without ever seeing the outcome before death catches them. Apologies for going off-topic; it just struck a chord.

I will like to have an update on the plants from Berlin, sometime, in future. It's such a cozy feeling. Bringing your plants to your new abode.
