I can’t believe someone who defaulted in meeting an agreement will still have the guts to report to the police for a rude behavior?? This is indeed a culture shock to me..

I really need to leave this Nigeria and experience lots of different cultures..

I’m guessing the person you are talking about is the plumber guy, right??
