Somethings can just not be done away. They are a blessing and a curse at the same time and no matter how good the idea of doing away with it sounds we know it will affect the other way of life too. Even though it will be a good idea to balance between the two but we all got greedy and want to use too much of this vehicles even when going to shop around the corner. So who is to be blamed?
Guilt... I don't really care - it's a matter of changing a way of life for many people who are still caught up in old habits. It's a matter of establishing new routines, for reasons of reason. That is important! And it only works if you - the politicians who take on this task - act sensibly. Keeping the whole picture in mind. And not shifting the burden, the loss, onto the people....
Schuld... Die ist mir eigentlich egal - es gilt, eine Lebenseinstellung zu ändern, bei vielen Leuten, die noch in alten Gewohnheiten begriffen sind. Es gilt, neue Routinen zu etablieren, aus Vernunftgründen. Das ist wichtig! Und es funktioniert nur, wenn man - die Politik, die sich dieser Aufgabe stellt - vernünftig agiert. Das ganze Bild im Auge behält. Und nicht die Last, den Verlust, auf die Menschen abwälzt...
I believe in freedom and I would much prefer if authorities use legitimate means to educate people on why doing this and that will help us all rather than forcing our hands to accept a policy the majority do not agree too. In any case, we will all have to sacrifice something for the result we seek.
