I love garlic and its smell even more but I never had an out of kitchen experience.

Up to your question: The nap comes one hour later after lunch, when I will be away to work with my hundred years old client. He just went away to prepare the garlic for lunch. He rewarded me with roundabout half an hour extra waiting time.
