Well, this will not only be a very special sweater - it will be unique, no one else in the world will own one like this.... ;-)
In fact, I'm glad I uploaded the picture of the half-finished product. Now I'm under pressure, in your debt - the sweater will be finished.... ;-D

Because of all the work (starts already with the shearing...) and all the hours that go into such a sweater, no one will produce "many", certainly not for sale. Such a piece is simply priceless. This can only be a hobby, for larger productions the textile industry (also for the processing of wool) was industrialized a long time ago.
You must be an idealist if you want to buy such a piece.
I have seen it already that people sell hand-knitted sheep wool sweaters (only self-knitted, the wool is bought ready processed). Then they take at least 300 USD (but hardly anyone is willing to pay). All the work - from the shorn sheep - you can not even calculate, sorry.
