Your recommendations are awesome, I totally agree to the first one about focusing less on rewards so the person doesn't get disappointed.
I have had a couple of discussion with some steemians who back then, I found out that most persons join this platform with the mindset of just making money on each post, so as they make the post they already calculate how much is gonna come out from it.
Unfortunately when those wishes doesn't come, they are heart broken and disappointed and it in turn affects their mindset and productivity.
