Hi guys.
This contest from the health community is educative, it's good we create awareness within ourselves about the dangers around us about smoking and drugs, the society has gone toxic with this act, both from bad influence and the contents we see online.
Stay healthy without smoking and please reach out to those less educated about the dangers attached to smoking.

SHARE YOUR VIEWS ON THE EXPRESSION, "SMOKING KILLS".

The expression is perfectly said, it's very dangerous to our health. A word is enough for the wise, whereas prevention is better than cure, even on cigarettes packs, the health organization write boldly on it

"ALL SMOKERS ARE LIABLE TO DIE YOUNG" with a diagram illustrating a damaged kidney on it.
Smoking has ruined many people's life mentally and physically, we see some of them on the street, moving haltered and scattered, which leads to death which is more reason why we need to create awareness of settlements around.

MAIN REASONS WHY PEOPLE BECOME MORE ADDICTED TO SMOKING.

People get addicted to smoking sometimes because of depression, finding the mind and body in deep unbearable pain that one gives up in life, so each time they smoke, it takes away sudden sorrows and makes them feel super free from their shackles, meanwhile taking them high mentally and physically, in such stage, they feel their body in another world of peace.

And also, the environment or lifestyle someone chose or grew up with, "bad company corrupts good manners", these happen mostly in adolescence and youth, because my friend smoke, and I'll have to smoke before feel among, that's how the feelings like such influence kill emotions and as a result, it corrupts the mind.

Sometimes, there's this belief people agree with, they are either born a drunkard, womanizer, cheating brat, or an addict, so the choice to be an addict, just like that without a concrete idea and rates addicts to smoking.

ARE YOU ADDICTED TO SMOKING OR IS SOMEONE YOU MAY KNOW ADDICTED TO SMOKING.?WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN AFTER ADDICTION?

Am not an addict though but I've seen some of my peers who are into it act weirdly and strangely sometimes, I noticed he no longer comes to the classes and follows random guys in the street with a bad influence on society.

He dresses differently from us, taking a lifestyle of an old-time black American musician and Hall of Famer," 2PAC SHAKUR", and each time he doesn't smoke at least two cigarettes, he exclaims he is feeling rough today.

WHAT DO I THINK WE SHOULD DO TO REDUCE THE RATE OF SMOKING ADDICTION?

**Victims should be given therapy and take advice from health personnel regarding the damage of smoke to the body,

**Victims should be told on avoiding a bad company that smokes tobacco, Indiana hemp, and other harmful smokes

**The government should raise a committee on creating awareness and also schemes that would make the youth busy with of much importance to their lives.

CONCLUSION

Smoking kills, it's a real fact that needs to be dealt with, no matter how depressed, confused, or lifestyle you live quit smoking, it kills where you can't think of in the body,
please, stay safe and no to smoking
It's deadly.
