Good day, y'all, and welcome to my blog @spanky-dollar, so excited to present my article on this topic, this is also legal advice to addicts out there who are finding it hard to stop, and I want to greet @steemdoctor1 for organizing this contest.
WHAT I SEE AS" SAY NO TO DRUGS"
Well, drugs are substances taken into the system for a specific cure or treatment, it becomes abusive when it's done without a prescription from a chemist or physician.
Drugs are dangerous to the body if taken without a prescription, they sometimes damage the body or even kill man, some people lack information or awareness concerning drug abuse, so they don't care to know about its effect on their lives.
No to drugs are important because of our communities and even the future at large, you can't keep depending on drugs to work more effectively or reason effectively, it doesn't only damage you but you also damage society.
Stopping the illegal use of drugs will enable society to grow patriotism and enthusiasm among its people, avoiding being hurt, accidents, and other addictive inappropriate conduct.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES OF ADDICTION
Depression
Influence of the environment
Lack of knowledge
People get addicted to drugs sometimes because of depression, finding the mind and body in deep unbearable pain that one gives up in life, so each time they overdose, it takes away sudden sorrows and makes them feel super free from their shackles, meanwhile taking them high mentally and physically, in such stage, they feel their body in another world of peace.
Due to some environments, we grew up, intends to influence our lives, especially street lives where you find different people struggling to survive in life, going to every extent just to have food on their tables.
WAYS TO CONTROL DRUG ADDICTION
✔️ Victims should be given therapy and take advice from health personnel regarding the damage of drugs to the system.
✔️ Victims should be told on avoiding bad companies that do drugs and other harmful substances.
✔️ The government should raise a committee on creating awareness and also schemes or skills acquisition that would make the youth busy with of much importance to their lives.
