The main topic of this competition is to Tell us how you manage your mental health. I will present my knowledge and life experience with mental health today.

What do you know about mental health?

Mental health for us is a combination of mental and social well-being, so mental health means that a person strives to achieve their potential, can cope with the everyday stresses of every moment of life, and can perform their work effectively, and in combination, creates a healthy life. Being able to survive in his community is called mental health.

What causes mental health disorders?

A mental health disorder refers to a broader range of unhealthy thinking or behavior and mood disorders. Mental illness can sometimes create a dangerous situation for us. So it should be our duty to accept and accept it. Mental health disorders can have many causes. Which is discussed below :

Schizophrenia is the most severe mental health disorder. Due to this, the patient is exposed to damage in various psychological aspects. The patient goes through various traumas in this case.   • Genetic Variations and Family History :
Sometimes genetic factors also cause mental disorders. Because if someone in the family has mental problems, such as a father or mother. Then the child may also have mental problems due to genetic reasons.

I think mental health is an important issue. So I follow some methods to improve mental efficiency and health. Because to keep our mind and body reasonable, we must follow some things. I will discuss in detail how I manage my mental health.

We often talk in circles if we cannot say something directly. We feel uncomfortable talking about it properly. So I always prefer to speak directly by mental reasoning, which we all need to practice.
