One of my favorite fruits is apple. Apple is loved by everyone, young and old. I will discuss Apple today as it is very accessible. Apple helps our body to prevent various diseases. Apples are available in almost every country. Along with that I will share with you the photography of different types of apples.Almost every fruit is healthy for our body. But we should have knowledge about when we should eat this fruit. Fruits should be eaten at certain times to benefit from the phone. There are certain times to eat apples. There is a saying in Ayurvedic scriptures. Eat apples on time to get more nutrients.

I saw an article on some food and nutrition website that eating an apple every morning keeps our body away from various diseases. That will keep you away from the doctor. However, it should be remembered that this fruit will not work if you play it every now and then. Each fruit has a specific time to eat it. The best time to eat apples is in the morning. Morning is the best time to eat apples. Apple peel and fiber are rich in protein. Which plays a major role in solving our digestive problems. On the other hand, if you eat apples at night, you will have gastric problems. So we all should take food on time.

I also love apple dear... And I know it is nutritious. My baby also love it but she wanted that I will peel it before she will eat it.
