One of the wealth given by God is good health. A detailed discussion today on how we can keep this health healthy. I think four aspects should be specially observed to keep a person's body healthy.

  • Cleanliness.
  • Healthy food.
  • Moderate exercise.
  • Giving up drugs

Cleanliness:


Cleanliness plays a special role in keeping our body healthy. It is very important to keep clean not only our body but everything around us. A healthy body is also a great blessing of Allah. To keep our body healthy we should always keep clean. Shafiqul's germs cannot enter our body. Not only should we keep our body clean but also our house furniture and everything should be kept clean. Hands should be washed especially before eating. Because almost all our daily activities are done by our hands. Almost all types of germs enter our stomach through our hands, so we should clean our hands especially before eating.

Healthy food:


Yes friends healthy food plays a special role in keeping our body healthy. We should add some such foods daily to our regular diet. Which keeps my body fit. The food I have added to my daily diet. Let me share this with you. I eat raw chickpeas daily to keep my body fit. Chickpeas is considered as a nutritional food. Because the level of protein in gram is very high. Chickpeas also contain other nutrients. Chickpeas are high in carbohydrates and protein. Which helps to keep our body fit. Water also plays an important role in our body. We should drink a glass of water every morning after waking up. When a person sleeps, his body cells become dormant. After drinking a glass of water in the morning, the relationship of the body is refreshed.

Moderate exercise:


Regular exercise keeps our body fit. Excess fat is lost from our body through exercise. Exercise not only refreshes our body but also our mind. We should do moderate exercise every day. We can also awaken our willpower through exercise. We all know that a healthy body resides in a beautiful mind. So exercise is of immense importance to keep our body and mind healthy. But remember that excessive exercise is harmful to the body.

Giving up drugs :


We all know drugs are unhealthy for us. For example, smoking and various types of alcohol weaken our body as well as weaken our brain. As a result of excessive smoking, various diseases nest in our body. These products are very harmful to health. Consuming all these intoxicants is the cause of various major diseases including cancer ulcers. So we should stay away from these intoxicants to keep our body fit.
