•Our diet is considered the most essential part of our life to keep us healthy because we cannot live without food we have to eat something daily in the form of bouts for living a healthy life.


  • I have seen that some people skip the most important and nutritious food from their diet just because of some myths

•So here I am today with you guys with a very nutritious and healthy food which is considered the house of proteins and in every home it is used but there are some myths about it and due to these myths people are not using it properly.

Can egg is increasing your cholesterol levels?



•I have seen many people telling the health benefits and importance of nutrition and diet but the most confusing things in all these are the myths.For that reason I am here to give you the solution.


•It is said that eggsincrease your cholesterol levels.
•if in one word I will answer then it will be no not at all eggs are the not of ones that may increase your cholesterol levels now I am giving you the reason.

•Basically there is a fear about the yolk of egg that they are just fats yes this is a true that eggs yolk is totally fats. But I want to clear that there are two types of cholesterol that are present in your body.

Basically there are high density lipoproteins that are present in the yoke of egg and high density lipoproteins are considered as good facts that are good for your health on the other hand low density lipoproteins are bad for your health and these are the bad type cholesterols that may accumulate in your body and cause the blockage of your arteries and veins.



What to do a heart patient? Should he eat eggs



•The answer is yes a heart patient can eat eggs and this is totally safe and healthy for him but there are some exceptions in it. I am dividing the dosage of eggs in a healthy person and a unhealthy person that how much quantity they can eat per day.

•There is no need to be worries if you are healthy and you are eating too and completely with Yoke.

  • But if you are unhealthy person then my recommendation according to my research is to eat just one egg complete and if you want more and then you can take the white part but you cannot take the Yoke of another egg

Hello dear friend, a really interesting topic and I agree with you, the egg is one of the best animal proteins that exists, and I as a doctor recommend it, there is nothing wrong with consuming it on the contrary.
