How are you? Hope so everyone will be fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am also fine and enjoying good health and today I am going to taking part in this amazing contest which is about the drugs organized by @steemdoctor1
Drugs maybe synthetic or natural. Natural drugs are extracted from the natural sources like plants and animals and synthetic drugs are prepared in the laboratories.

This is a famous phrase which highlights the importance of keeping ourself healthy by avoiding the drugs that we use often. Some of the drugs I will like to share that are used illegally in different countries.

This phrase is important because there is a deep meaning hidden in it which tells that if there is an alternative to a drug then it will be more best rather than having drugs either you are using drugs for treatment purposes all for any other purpose, they always have some side effects and there is no drug which is without side effects.
Following the main causes of drug addiction. Some of the important causes I am highlighting here.

If there is a person whose family have a history of different people who were the addictors of drugs then by seeing their family members the young generation or other people also may get the effect and adopt the habit of having drugs.

Mental health problems maybe depression like because mostly people who have depression have an addiction of tobacco and nicotine because it temporary gives a relief from depression or tension and then the person who consume it make it habit.

| 3 | If there is less involvement of family in the matters of their children |

We have seen many families who don't take care of their children properly and they say and consider that if you keep an eye on your children that what he is doing then it will be in a sense of have a narrow mind and in this thing their children lost their manners and fell into the drug addiction and other bad habits.
If I talk about meth crystal excess then it may cause the disfunctioning of all your sympathetic and parasympathetic responses. In addition you all know that tobacco excess leads you towards the respiratory problems and excess of the ephedrine can cause tachycardia means heart attack.
- Drugs like ice or meth crystals should be banned as this is banned in many countries due to its a lot of illegal use so I wish that it may also be banned in my country to prevent the addiction of ice.
- There should be different awareness seminars about this phrase SAY NO TO DRUGS and specially there should be and awareness about the drugs which are injurious to the health so it will also prevent the drug addiction in the people who are sensible.

- When there will be high expenses on the drugs which are illegal and not good for health then not a middle class person will be able to afford that particular medicine so it will be necessary for many of the people to stop the use of particular drug which is not helpful at all.
