Steemit Health Contest #5: My routine of skin care health.
Myself in a skincare shop
INTRODUCTION
Our skin is that part that covers the whole of our body. Since our skin is the outer part of the body we needs to take serious care of it, here are my routine of taking care of my skin.
My product
organic cream
Taking care of my skin i use soap ,scrub, cream.
Soap. I make sure to bath with my organic soap which is not to harmful to my skin .
Scrub . Scrubbing our skin makes it more clean because the scrub removes dead cells and allow the soap to work well.
Cream. The cream i use for me skin moisturizers my skin and make it glow and shine. I makes sure not to expose my skin much to sun.

Method to treat and maintain skin health.
Stress management. Stress can cause our skin to be very weak so in other for me to maintain my skin health i try very well to manage how i stress myself, I find time to sleep and have fun.
Taking fruits and water. Fruits and water also helps our skin to look youthful by reducing wrinkles and rough skin.
Avoid smoking. World health organization (WHO) has warned seriously that
smokers are liable to die young.
And i also find out that people who smokes are in one way or the other damaging thier skin. So I avoid smoking .
- I wear protective . I made sure i wear cloths that covers my body to avoid sun burn on my skin. If am touching chemical maybe for production i wear handgloves.
- Massage. This another way to keep our skin healthy. Because when we go for massage it renews our muscles and helps our skin.
Conclusion
Taking care of our skin gives us more age against our peers ,it will delay early aging and keeps us glowing and looking young.

Though most people do not really care about sun burn it silently affects the skin.
