The Health Diary Game, March 10, 2023: Healthy Body and Clm Mind
I opened my smartphone and saw several spices needed in the kitchen that were running out of stock. I recorded it last night before going to bed. Today I plan to cook stir-fried prawns. Shrimp has very good benefits for the health of the body. One of them is preventing the effects of premature aging.
After taking a shower and having breakfast, I went to the market to buy shrimp. Arriving at the market, I parked the motorbike in front of the kitchen ingredients spice shop first. Then walk to the market to buy shrimp. After negotiating with the merchant, he gave me a special price. I bought 6 ounces of prawns at IDR 30,000.
On the way home, I stopped at a boutique selling women's clothing. I'm interested in one of the rectangular headscarves that are displayed on the shop shelf. I asked the merchant to pick it up and asked for permission to test it first. The merchant happily escorted me to the clothing test room.
After trying it, I fell in love with the compatibility that was created. I feel the rectangular head scarf looks good with one of the dress styles I bought. I bought a hijab for IDR 35,000. Then return home with a happy feeling.
Late in the afternoon, while I was editing the cover of one of my posts, a friend had just returned from Banda Aceh. She brought me souvenirs. I wonder what it looks like. In terms of aroma, I already know that it's durian.
After a lengthy discussion. A call notification appeared on her smartphone. She asked permission to go home. Then, I tidied up the table and took the used cake cups and plates to the kitchen. Then take a shower in the afternoon. And suddenly, the evening call to prayer resounds.
In the evening, as usual, I curate quality posts that have been shared in various communities. I always consider the originality and uniqueness of posts in voting. For me, curation is an activity that must be done carefully.
