Introduction
Hello and welcome to my blog, it is a privilege to participate in this contest tagged My Favourite vegetable organized by STEEMIT HEALTH, Is a nice thought for @nadiaturrina in the Steemit health community to come up with this interesting topic, and I wish to also drop my participation.

I love vegetables 🍃 so much that I don't mind eating it every day. Vegetable contains essential vitamins that are so helpful for human growth. Vegetables give potassium and fiber which are the most essential nutrient that helps the function of the heart. In our day-to-day diet, the consumption of vegetation is very important that we should not neglect.

I often visit the new kulendemarket to purchase vegetables🍃 from my usual customer who sells all varieties of vegetables. He usually sells Carrots, Cabbage, Cucumber, and Green beans, onions, salat, tomatoes, paper and other.

I do get some cabbage and 🥕 carrot among others to mix with my rice or whenever I cooked a recipe that contains many carbohydrates. See some pictures below :

I enjoy my meal when it contains vegetable mixed and balanced classes of food.

My favorite vegetable
Among many vegetables I have eaten over the years, the one I enjoyed most is my traditional soup Called Kumbi (Pteridium aquilinum).

The leaf is also found in other parts of the world but in the Mambila plateau of Nigeria, it is the major soup for consumption, it is consumed by many households. It is so nutritious and can just be prepared with Palm oil and Maggi without many ingredients.
