Talking about smoking, it is not good for the body. It is true that smoking kills. The life expectancy of a human is greatly reduced by smoking. Smoking damages every organ in the body and smoking is the root cause of many diseases. In particular, cigarette smoke can change the DNA of body cells.

Smoking completely destabilizes human life. People smoke without realizing the seriousness of smoking. The chemicals contained in cigarette smoke are very harmful to the lungs. Carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas, reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood and slows down the heart. It also interferes with the proper functioning of the lungs. Due to these circumstances, the life expectancy of people who smoke daily is very short.

What are the main reasons why people become addicted to smoking?

There are many reasons why people become addicted to smoking. Mainly when a friend smokes, another person who sees it and smells its smoke is more likely to become addicted. Also, the mental pressures that a person has can lead to smoking addiction. If you see someone else smoking and smoke it once, you can become addicted to it. It is very difficult to change a person's mind, if they can get addicted to something they will never be able to change it. When they smoke for fun, they can never stop. What they forget when they smoke is that they can never stop smoking.

If the father of a house smokes, it cannot be avoided that the children will also become addicted to it. Parents should not smoke and this can prevent children from becoming addicted to it. Avoid hanging out with friends who mainly smoke. It can reduce the number of smokers in the world. And because of the smoking in many movies, people can get addicted to it.

I don't smoke. I know it is very toxic to the body. I have seen how bad smoking addiction is in society. My grandfather is a heavy smoker. He smokes more than 20 cigarettes a day. I know it's not that good. When I ask him about it, he tells me that he can't live without smoking. He tells me that he absolutely needs to smoke during work hours. He told me that there was no satisfaction in smoking cigarettes, but now it was something he couldn't do without.

I wasn't born when he started smoking. But he told me that since the day he started smoking, he had a persistent cough. We went to different hospitals to cure him, but his cough could not be cured. He is so addicted to smoking that he gets sick when he stops. His differences make it difficult for him to speak. And he seems to look tougher than his age. It seems to me that he is not a healthy person.

Always keep our mind at ease and talk to smokers to discourage them from smoking. Be a light to smokers and make them understand the consequences. Think positively about yourself to quit smoking. Think of a day when you will stop it. Try to stay away from the urge to smoke. Remember that you have a long time to live. Work on thinking that your life is diminishing day by day when you smoke. Then you can reduce smoking.

Es lamentable que su abuelo tenga más de 20 años fumando ya es tan adicto que no lo dejo, lo más triste es que lo que estan cercas sufren por el humo , pensar positivo y poder creer en uno puede hacer dejar de fumar se debe intentar
