Hello friends happy end of the year festivities, season greetings to you all, the Steem health community, it's a great contest in here talking about healthy lifestyle to be practiced in the forthcoming year 2023. It's so nice, all about health care and am so happy to join and be one of the participants.

Tell us some steps to a healthy lifestyle that you will practice in 2023?

Having it at the back of the minds, that health is wealth, it's important to prioritise health care, looking at the loopholes in this year with the regards to health care, hence an excellent decision to never repeat any mistakes again in the forthcoming year, by resolving the various lifestyle practices and practical steps to be taken to ensure healthy living in the year 2023.

Healthy living, revolves around what we eat - diet, the way we eat them - eating manners and habits, if fact generally what we consume, be it drinking, smoking or eating, any style that get things into our body systems. Secondly, our lifestyles ranging from over labour, exercise, relationship and various other practices that has to do with our health.

I therefore have the following resolved steps for a healthy lifestyle that I will practice in 2023.

Step 1, I make my physical exercise more regular than before, i.e on daily basis, this helps to activate my body systems keep it fit and strong almost always, make my blood to flow freely which also helps a lot in keeping healthy living.

Step 2, I have resolved not to be eating carelessly, like trying to select food I will eat which is nutritious to my body systems, even it's little food, it shall be reach in balance diet, and take them timely as at when due not at random even if the food is excessive, I should be able to take to my gauge.

Step 3, I have also resolved to minimise the level of alcohol intake, I consume per day, and as well minimise the level of soft drinks and juice since it's said that excess surger causes diabetes. And also already in the practice of personal hygiene to avert infectious diseases, control sexual expositions to avert STDs.

Step 4, I have fully resolved to discard some friends in the big habits of too much drinking, friends that only wait for me to say I don't do this again, so they look for every possible means to tempt me to violent my resolutions for the year. So those steps are my greatest concern as a lifestyle practices I will adopt in the year 2023.

How to make a healthy lifestyle a habit is as simple as I have enlisted the step practices, I intend to put into work, never to renegade on them but keep the regular practice, make it accustomed to oneself, in that after some months, it will seem as if it's inborn trait.

So, I will make sure and struggle to keep to my resolutions for the year regarding the health care, keeping myself more busy than ever to avoid being tempted by off times, putting into practice all the step resolutions and with time, I shall surely habituate them.

Yes they say a leader leads by example, in the sense that the society might not be expecting much verbal information and enlightenment from you but looking at you all the time, people watching after your lifestyles, must definitely want to emulate what they saw hence increasing healthy living awareness.

Secondly, nothing stops one from educating people, through institutions of various fields, the hospitals, clinics, schools, churches, mosque and so on, on how to or best way to take care of their health, teaching them eating habits, and the general lifestyles, that are very unhealthy/healthy to their lives, with this education and enlightment, awareness of healthy living is already created.
