Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 Week 2: My Traditional Medicine by @drhira|| 25% beneficiary to #null
Although, medicine had made the advance level of achievement, inspite of all conventional method of medication has always been still exercised. More than half percent of population still believe and rely on the traditional medicine. In my country Pakistan we people often believe on traditional home remedies, and still thousands of people are cured they didn't prefer to go to doctor for medication.
There are different traditional herbs that are useful for medication from the past many years.
Like ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, dry coriander, fennel seeds, onions, lemon these are found very useful in treatment of different diseases like stomach disorder, gas, indigestion and certain bowl disease.
Control of obesity, liver detoxification and much more. These herbs are sometimes mixed and oftenly used alone for treatment. Their results are 100% as i also used few of them for medication of myself in allergic reaction or in throat illness.
The traditional medicine which is frequently used at my home since 30 years is ginger tea. Its very easy to make and had alot of health benefits especially during indigestion and stomach illness.
Lets start it.
step 1
I take a one inch ginger piece and cut it in slices and them take fresh mint leaves only two to three are enough.
step 2
In second step i take a pan and added a cup of water and as it boils added the ginger and mint leaves. Allows it to boil for one minute only.
Step 3
Its quite easy in making but health benefits are just superb and after taking it no need of other medications.
There are many health benefits of ginger tea.
- Its useful for stomach pain
- Reduce gas bowling
- Effective in indigestion
- Effective in digestion can be taken regularly after meal.
- Useful for liver detoxification
- Reduced excess fat from the body
- Found effective in common cold or throat illness.
These benefits i mentioned on the basis of my experience and also my parents found it effectively working in above mentioned diseases.
There are no negative effects from ginger tea, anyone of every age group may used it safely as only two ingredients are used and normally these ingredients are part of our daily diet. Some people may vomit it as they did not like Ginger taste otherwise, its safe for use.
