Getting old is not an option for us, but it is a must and natural. Even a flower will wither in time. That a caterpillar Will become a butterfly when the time comes. Then what do we have to worry about with that?¿

I think everyone wants to live a decent and secure old age. Having a beautiful and healthy old period is everyone's dream. As well as I. No human wants his old age to end tragically, but in reality it is difficult to make all those dreams come true. There are those who enjoy old age with peace and there are also those who suffer from exhaustion.

I have prepared a beautiful old age for me to live. Healthy and energetic old age, that's my choice and preparation. Of course, we cannot reach that point instantly. It takes preparation as early as possible, we must develop that dream from now on, when we are young and strong. Consistent as well as strong desire and hope is the key to achieving that goal.

Living dependent on medication is not the right move. If we depend on drugs that means we are not healthy. But I want to ask what drugs are meant? Chemical-based drugs are certainly not the right solution. But if tradisional medicine or herbal medicine is highly recommended. Even our ancestors made herbal medicine as an additional supplement in their daily life. But once again it must be with the recommended dosage.

There are several programs and projects that I have planned to achieve that goal.

  1. healthy lifestyles

A healthy lifestyle means covering a number of things that I will and am currently doing, including:

  • taking the time to exercise regularly, you don't have to do strenuous exercise, just walking a few thousand steps per day, jogging several times a week can already be called exercise.
  • Set a healthy diet, food is very influential on our physical health in the long term, therefore it is important to choose foods that are healthy and safe for consumption. Avoiding food that is not sterile and contains lots of bad fat and cholesterol is the first step to maintaining the health of our bodies.
  • enough rest.
    Adequate rest is very important to maintain the stability of our health, be it physical health or mental health. The balance of our health depends on the pattern of rest we do. Therefore adequate sleep is the answer to every anxiety we face.
  1. Financial preparation.
  • This is very important to support future preparations. We can't enjoy old age properly if we don't have anything, and that's almost impossible. We must make a careful plan so that we have assets in our old age.
Are you afraid of getting old, yes or no? Justify your answer.

Of course not. If we dare to enjoy youth, why should we be afraid to rest in old age? Look how beautiful a flower blooms in the morning, but in the evening it weak and withers. Don't we learn from nature that the cycle of life will also happen to us. If we are too afraid of old age, it will become a burden and stress. Just enjoy the process, we are only required to prepare, not to challenge the process. 👌

I have learned a lot from my parents, from my grandparents. They live healthy and energetic in their old age. To this day my grandmother is still healthy at the age of more than 80 years. I have heard a lot about his life story. I learn and apply some step in my life. The key to a healthy life is not to burden your mind too much with something that is not important. The burden is like a poison that will slowly damage your health, unnoticed and have long-term effects.

Hello, I love this positive attitude, you take care now to live a more dignified old age because healthy not so much because old age brings with it deterioration of health but if we can make it more bearable.

Natural medicine is an excellent option as well as a healthy diet, regular exercise and as you mention saving to avoid problems in that stage where we need to pay for expenses.
