I Hoped all of you are fine and enjoying thier lifes through the grace of Allah almighty.Now that this is the month of Ramadan may Allah bless us all the blessings throuyh this month.My dear friends we all know this is the week 6 of engagement challenge season 8 and i am very happy tobe a part on this week and i am grateful to all the team who hosted in this season. Today i will make my post for engagement challenge and ensure my participation on this contest The contest theme is very good and interesting that is "How do I want to grow old?" So let's start writing on this content.

In my old age i really wished a healty and energetic age . For Healty and enrgetic life i must have to do

  2. Maintain a social existence with friends, family, and your community.
  3. Don't Forget About Yourself: Schedule and Attend Appointments.
  4. Maintain a Healthful, Balanced Diet
  5. Don't Neglect Yourself: Make Appointments and Keep Them
  6. Take all medicines as prescribed via way of means of your physician.
  7. Reduce Your Alcohol Intake
  8. Give up Smoking to Reduce Cancer and Heart Disease Risk
  9. Get the relaxation your frame requires.
  10. Consistently instruction suitable oral hygiene.
  11. Talk in your health practitioner approximately adjustments in sexual function.

3- Are you afraid of growing old, yes or no? Justify your answer.

The answer is simple when we get old, we're afaired that we're further than likely going to end up being alone. As we progress, our physical appearance drastically changes. Our hair loses its color, our skin loses pliantness which results in wrinkles, we get liver spots, and the list goes on.

4- Do you have any experience to share with us about an older adult who is an example for you to follow?

I dont have any experience with an oul adult but my grandmother is the eldest member of my own circle of relatives; she is 70 years antique now however seems like she is simply twenty years vintage. She takes correct care of the whole own circle of relatives and makes certain that everybody lives peacefully withinside the own circle of relatives. I stay in a joint own circle of relatives of 10 members, and my grandmother is the only who looks after everybody with plenty of patience. She nevertheless looks after my father and his brothers like small children. At this age, she remains so best at her paintings and by no means offers an excuse for her paintings.

I think your recommendations for getting old healthy are correct and very clear.
