Hello everyone I have a new topic about health you as a human being should live and to protect yourself from hamful bacteria like diseases, fungi, insert, fly, bee, and others of the diseases.

Human being in the nation's are very dangerous of killing someone with different types of diseases be careful of whom you follow because that person may have a diseases and you contact it from him or she prevention is better than cure.

Everyone reading this should learn from it and pick at least one point from it about good health of human being.

As human you most have good health living out and in of the society and around everyone living with you in the compound.

As human beings you need to keep your body fit from diseases and sickness, to make good health in the body system you need to follow the six classes of food that is given to us since in school when teach is taking a lesson about it follow the instructions of the teacher. The six classes of food build up the body and keep it hydrated as water gives the body fresh blood to Flow to your body system.

The six classes of food are namely
Carbon hydrated
Protein
Fat and oil
Vitamin
Mineral
Water. This are the six classes of food given to human being to take day and night to have good body posture is to make routine for your meal taking which may be from Monday till Friday.

Write your meal of Monday till Friday follow it make morning meal as carbohydrates afternoon can be protein evening fat and oil the rest of the food you can join it with the morning, afternoon, evening to eat.

Carbohydrates are body builder that give energy to the body for work.
Protein food this are food which makes the body to rest and sleep.
Fat and oil is a food that gives nutrition to the body for fat and to gain into the body.
Vitamin are juice that gives the body sugar and hydrated it from sun, sun is also vitamin that boost your energy sun is vitamin D for sun.
Water is good after eating food to load the food to the stomach and it circulate around the body for waist product.
Mineral is same as water to make the tissue stronger from diseases.

This are the steps of keeping your health strong and physical form any bacteria good health is the wonderful things a human could have want to have in the world so that people may learn from you and keep good example to the society. Thank you for listening.
