Greetings to all of you. I hope everything will be fine and you all people are doing the work on this great platform with great zeal and courage. Today I am here with new discussion that is about how fruits are better than fast food for our health. I chose this topic because I also have some personal experience which was gained at the cost of my health at some point but now I am fully aware of the harmful effects of all these fast food items and now I am taking good care by eating the balance diet.

Now a days we are leaving in such kind of era where people does not take care of their health. They are just doing efforts to make money and they even work days and nights. Due to working days and nights people have no time to prepare food or even they do not pay attention to their diet plan. I have seen that now a days people mostly eat fast food to overcome their hunger and did not eating the fruits and Vegetables that are good for health.

There are certain reasons behind saying this Fruits are better than fast food for health . Actually we need vitamins, fibers and minerals to live the healthy life, and fruits are the natural sources of all these substances. For example when we eat oranges this will enhanced our immunity as well as it will make collagen protein in our body, that will helps us to give us smooth skin and also protect our cells from harmful damages.

There are many other fruits that gives benefits to our health for example when we eat banana this would be very helpful in digestion system. Watermelon which is also very helpful for us that will improve our skin health and heart. So all the fruits have huge benefits for the body.

But the problem is that now a days people are moving more towards fast food that is full of unhealthy fats , salts and health problems at large scale. Fast food low in nutrients. I have seen many people who eat fats food always overweight themselves and that leads to many other problems such as hearts failure. This is even more dangerous for those who addicted to the fast food.

In the past I have also eat too much fast food that is why I have to serious problem's such as kidney stone and stomach issues. So then O control the use of these fast food and divert myself to fruits. Now a days I am eating fruits such as oranges, banana and kiwis that are very beneficial for me.
