@muhar-bd, I have a lot of faith in traditional or alternative medicines, there are some that are very good for certain conditions in our body.

Of the ones you mention in your post, I use turmeric very often since it is a powerful anti-inflammatory for the body.

I think that with the other traditional medicines that you add to it, it makes a good combination to treat gastritis.
