• Primary health care service: is a place where people who are sick have been treated. In fact primary health service is the first place you will visit whenever you are ill, except if your condition is critical you will now refers to secondary health care. Disease they are treated include malaria, typhoid etc.
• Secondary Health Care service: they usually attend to peoples or patients who are experiencing critical health condition.
Secondary health care is refers to as General hospital.
Sometimes, poor peoples will be neglected in the hospital setting and this must be look into by the appropriate authority so that poor peoples will be attend to by nurses and doctors.
Government must also provide enough ambulance that would help carry out the sick peoples who are in emergency situation to the hospital and if this are available it will reduce the mortality rate in the country.
In Nigeria now, we have health insurance scheme that covered sick peoples, they who insure their money to this scheme so when they are sick their health insurance will cover them. The only challenges of this scheme is that not all peoples benefited from this scheme except the working class in our society. Government must ensure that all the citizen benefited from this scheme and enjoy quality health services.
Which public Health Care Service will you innitate if you were given a chance?
I will also employed social worker in this hospital setting so that they will attend to children whose parent are find it difficult to pay their hospital bill. Thank God that Nigeria Government have sign social work bill into law and this will make smooth running of this organisation run effectively.
The reason why I choose this is because I love children, they are our source of joy, and our happiness. I like them to be by my side whenever am lonely.
