April 1: lucky and lucky day

Sometimes there are good and positive days even during the war. So April 1st turned out great for me.

It was on April 1 that I started living with my current wife. So, we've been together for 4 years now. We started joking, and we joke to this day.

Completion of planting potatoes and beets

As I said, I have a garden outside the city. On the first day of April, I decided to complete the planting of potatoes and beets. Planted 2 more buckets of potatoes. In addition, fodder beets were sown in this garden. To clean the garden and planting spent only 1.5 hours.

Creating a flower bed

I decided to make a flower bed in my yard. He fenced with slate, applied earth and made a flower bed. There immediately sowed Chornobrivtsy. I planted a rose in the middle. Yes, the flowerbed is small. But, most importantly, I found a place at least for this.

Buying a house in the village

I have already said that the deal is not broken. But new problems have emerged. Now in the country it is not possible to register real estate purchase / sale transactions. Notaries do not work, as there is no way to enter data into registers. It looks like I can't make a deal.

But, I found a way. I agreed with the seller that now I understand the advance payment, we conclude an agreement with witnesses. Then, when it becomes possible to register a transaction, we immediately draw it up.

Thanks to this arrangement, I can get to work. We will sign the contract in the coming days. With this paper, I will go to the head of the village and inform that I am acquiring this household. This must be done, as the country is under martial law. If I act as in peacetime, then any "well-wisher" can call and say that I arbitrarily occupied a house with a plot. After that, they will immediately come for me. If I tell the headman, then everything will be fine.

Now I need to solve a few issues and quickly do some household chores. But, I'll talk about that later.

So, the day turned out to be successful and successful. That, really, would be great. To have such cool days as often as possible. All success and peaceful sky above your head!
