Cultural festival in the city of Jalisco, which is held once a year featuring the Mexican hat dance. In Europe, this dance is also known as flamenco dance.

In Mexican hat dance performances, the male dancers wear a special costume called a charel, complete with a sombrero, a typical Mexican folk hat.

Sombrero there are 2 types. Those made from straw are usually used by farmers. While sombreros are made from velvet or leather, used by rich Histani people.

The female dancer's costume is also no less unique, called Eljarabe tapatio, one of the traditional clothes. Traditional clothing of the people of Mexico is not only that.
