I was once told by a nutritionist that when you feel hungry, what is needed is blood sugar added to the inside. Biologically, what is needed is blood sugar that must be increased when you are hungry... hungry... hungry.

But what must be done is simply take warm water, then add a spoonful of sugar. No coffee, just drink it. And God willing, the hunger will disappear.

As for the Prophet, he always drank a lot of water at night. Sometimes our bodies cannot detect whether we are hungry or thirsty. I also drink when I wake up at night.

Actually, when we are grateful to Allah, Allah created all forms of food in this world for us to enjoy and take advantage of for our health and survival, what should we actually be aware of when we are grateful and enjoy?

First, what is actually left behind by many Muslims is discipline. A strong Muslim is a matter of faith, okay, knowledge, okay, worship, then it is discipline. Discipline does not recognize anything, in terms of sleep, in terms of bathing, in terms of eating patterns, all kinds of things, discipline. Even we come on time, all kinds of things, discipline.

The second is seriousness, or commitment. Why are people who are hypocritical criticized? Because of their inconsistency. Well, we are not consistent with ourselves, let alone with other people. And health is also a matter of consistency. Sometimes there is actually already contact, if the feet are starting to feel a lot of tingling, a lot of pain "oh this is gout."

That's the code, right? For example, after eating a lot of goat meat, then you have aches and pains, for example. That's spiritual contact. Or after just one hour you urinate several times "oh maybe this is because of high sugar, for example."

That's part of the contacts. In life, you must remember NBI (Enjoy, Limit, and Balance). All foods can be eaten, but remember to limit and balance. Of course, balancing it can be done with physical exercise, balancing it with mental health, so you need a vacation.
