Beautiful Calligraphy Art

On this occasion, I will invite you to chat about art. Art which is the natural nature that exists in humans which was created by Allah SWT.

As we know, we are a very perfect creation that is the most beautiful.

Well, but Islam also has its own benchmarks for how to show an art that is said to be good or bad. Art is said to be good if it does not damage morals and does not conflict with what has been determined by Allah SWT. However, on the contrary, art will be said to be bad or we cannot justify it, if the art makes us negligent and makes us far from Allah SWT.

So, the definition of art according to an Islamic perspective is human creativity which gives birth to very positive beauty.

So art is a benchmark of the dignity of a nation's culture, we can see it from its art. And art is very influential, very influential in the human psyche.

Many among us Muslims, listening to the verses of the Koran, melt down. There is a story of going to hell, there is a story of being orphaned and so on, yes. The story of heaven, the story of hell. But when you listen to the expression that is made into the lyrics of a poem, what's more, there is a musical instrument. Many people's hearts are then softened, melted, touched by the sound of that art. So, very psychological. Therefore, art is universal. Art is also eternal, there is no end, along with the end of the nature of this world. And art is also a motivation that makes humans or a nation intelligent.

In the religion of Islam itself, it has contributed a lot to advances in art. Example, calligraphy. With very beautiful calligraphy, then installed or to decorate a mosque building, it is extraordinarily beautiful. I've been to several of the capitals I've visited. The beauty of the Al-Hasan Mosque, the Baiturrahman Mosque, and Spain, in Andara, Spain. Even the hotels still have remains of Islamic calligraphy art. Like the calligraphy of flowers, in the middle there is calligraphy writing in Arabic which means "No one wins except Allah."

They preserve the works of Islamic art. Arabs were famous before the arrival of the Islamic religion, yes. The Arabs in aqeedah, in ignorant morals. But there are many famous poets, poets. There were a lot of those in the jahiliyah era. In fact, every time there is a night market, there is a poetry reading or poetry reading competition, where the winner will have their poetry hung on the Kaaba.

So the point is how it depends on our intentions. What when art becomes the beauty of our lives, which gives value to our lives.

Indeed, without art, our life will be dry and dry. Every day maybe angry, yes that's not good. Occasionally sing together, listen to songs, or he himself can sing. Art is abstract, we can hear, we can see or we gaze, we can feel. However, it is difficult to express with words or language.

Art can be said to be good or not, depending on its intention, from its goals and from its morals. As long as art does not utter obscene words, show intimate parts, or also show things that are prohibited by our religion, of course I think it is fine as it is. But back again, maybe there are some of us who have different views about art, go ahead. But let's not blame each other, justify ourselves.

Let us come closer together, respect each of these differences. Because essentially art is beauty, and beauty is perfection, unity, and greatness from Allah SWT. Humans were created by God so beautifully and also love what is called beauty.
