Water is the source of life. Try to imagine a world without water, wow, everything must be complicated, because from the past until now humans cannot live without water.

Well, today I'm going to talk about water stuff.

No one can deny that water is the source of life. Our earth is 71% made up of water. So when viewed from space, the earth looks blue. 96% of the water on earth is salty, while the rest is fresh. Salt water or fresh water, water is absolutely essential for our survival. The proof is that in the middle of a very barren desert, water can provide life for the surrounding plantations. Like in Wadi rum, Jordan's desert valley.

Yes, thanks to the water flowing from the mountains in Saudi Arabia, plantations in this desert can thrive.

Unfortunately, not all countries are blessed with adequate water sources. So in order to continue farming, an innovation in farming has emerged, namely hydroponics. This farming method does not use soil at all, so water can be used efficiently.

In this plantation all plants are cultivated hydroponically, and of course environmentally friendly, because they do not use pesticides or other pest drugs. The planting medium used is water that has been mixed with nutrients needed by plants. With a harvest period of 49-50 days, this greenhouse can produce 500 kg of vegetables per day. Amazingly the harvest can be done every day. Here there are various types of vegetables such as lettuce, pokcoy, and so on.

It's really lucky that we have abundant water sources, because apparently water can also be used for therapy.

So, visitors must be prepared to get wet from the splash of the waterfall. This restaurant is called Villa Escudero Water Cottages. Diners will dine while accompanied by the sound of a waterfall, with their feet completely submerged.

The decoration is very touching with nature. Apparently this waterfall is not a natural waterfall. The waterfall was built by Don Arsuneo, Ascudero, since 1929, as a power plant.
