Seupet Cakes

All regions must have their own special foods that are maintained to this day. Usually on the day of Eid, you will definitely see the typical cake, except in Aceh.

One of the typical cakes in Rencong land when Eid arrives, namely Seupet or cake flops which the Acehnese always miss on victory day when visiting family homes.

This seupet is a typical Acehnese cake that was preceded from generation to generation, until now it is still being cared for and preserved.

The people of Aceh get food to make decorative patterns, not only on buildings. That's how the Acehnese love art and tradition.

Seupet cakes have various types, some are clamped in a triangular shape and also rolled. However, most of the people of Aceh make a triangular model.
