Burning piles of dry waste

In the past few weeks, there have been lots of piles of household garbage from scattered leaves.

This collection of dry leaf litter makes the heart and mind uneasy to look at.

This afternoon I burnt a lot of garbage before it rained

I also feel that I have run out of ways to solve this problem, because every day there is always this pile of garbage.
