It depends on the definition of freedom.
There's no freedom if you make the best out (or choose out of what) is offered.
No matter where you are (home, school, work, city park, hospital, shop) there are rules which you need to follow unless...
The rules already restrict freedom, or the concept of freedom goes into permissiveness without being responsible for the choice made, and this is impossible in the essence of life.
