Power black out is a regular thing in Africa...Nigeria to be precise 😀, but with Steem solar I will utilize my profession...., let's see the outcome.., even if it's 60%.
Maybe as a few suggestions...could you consider going solar.., is your country's weather good for such?
Perhaps, a little solar pack could power your PC for a longer period.

I am not an expert in this field, but once at work we considered the possibility of industrial installation of solar panels for our factories. At the time, it was deemed impractical due to the low intensity of sunlight and the large number of cloudy days.
Thank you for the information. Your zone has a very low signal of sunlight and as such solar PV might not go well over there unfortunately.
I think most places in Europe are facing the same challange on this.
