This weeks object is tea. I love having tea, honestly i cannot live without it. Most people love to have coffee in the morning but for me it's tea.

I keep on trying different types of tea. This one's the brand we are currently using at home. I have this with milk sometimes and the othertimes just black with a few lemon drops in it. I also prepare it with ginger, balck pepper and cardamom whenever i have a sore throat, it helps to soothe it.

This one's a green tea, i don't add sugar in it. I just boil the water and then add the leaves and let it brew for five minutes, sometimes i add honey. It's really good to have it whenever i feel stressed or anxious. It helps me calm.

This is himalayan apple spice tea.it is 100 % natural and rich in antioxidants.It was gifted to me by my friend. We share a love for trying different kinds of tea. we always keep on trying new kinds of teas.
