How are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and welcome to my new post all my friends Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah I am also very well today I am here to participate in a recipe contest so first of all I want to thank @mariam.dariam for such a nice contest organized.

Cooking is an art and one can improve its knowledge art with effort and cooking different types of cuisine is my passion. Also like good food soothes our stomachs it fills our mind with peace and soothes our souls today. I made a fish recipe with potol and jackfruit seeds because the jackfruit season is going on in Bangladesh and I have some jackfruit still in my fridge I don't want to waste them so I cooked them today and I will present this delicious fish recipe here today but let's start without delay.

Here are the ingredients that will be required to prepare my recipe

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method step by step
STEP 1

First, peel the skin of potol and jackfruit seeds and take some garlic,

then wash the fish well and take it in a bowl,

then add salt, turmeric and dry chilli on top of the fish,

then mix the spices well with the fish and marinate it for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Then,fry pan put it in the oven

When the fish is fried, take it in a bowl,

then put the chopped onions and bay leaves in a pan on the stove,

then add white oil and keep frying the onions

then take the masalas in a bowl

then cook the masala and onion well for 5 minutes
